J.J. Yates Benefit

Drummer, JJ YatesSun July 25th 2010 @3PM

Popular local drummer, JJ Yates, was savagely attacked following a car breakdown. The random brutal beating left him with multiple fractures (thus reconstructive surgery) and traumatic brain injury.

These injuries made it necessary for JJ to spend time in a rehab facility. He is now recovering at home. Yates said. “Now after the attack, I realize how important this gift that God gave me is and I need to get back to playing. As soon as I’m allowed to be around loud music, when my brain stabilizes, I’ll be out there, ready to play.”

Please join us to help relieve this unfair burden on one of our fine local musicians.

The program starts at 3pm and goes until 10pm

Featured Acts:
Daren Bell
D-Funk
Dayton Funk All Stars
Jimmy Hendrix Tribute

Tap Factor
Tony Allen
Luke Wright

Admission:              $5
